International Women's Day 2024 at XMDS
On March 8, as the world celebrated the achievements of women, XMDS also joined in. Our dedication to acknowledging our female employees and their invaluable contributions led us to organise a fun event for International Women's Day.
A Special Event for International Women's Day
The evening began with an entertaining but also informative cocktail workshop. Afterwards the group enjoyed a nice dinner, followed by a night of dancing and laughter. The event provided an environment for our team to get to know each other better, bridging the gap between different departments and enabling meaningful exchanges of thoughts and ideas.
Encouraging inclusivity at XMDS
XMDS is proud to say that as a company we place great value on diversity, which is reflected in the 30 different nationalities in our team. In recognition of International Women's Day, we're also excited to share that we welcomed 18 new women into the XMDS family in 2023 alone. Especially in the field of software development, as in many STEM industries, there has always been a male dominance. However, the trend is shifting into more women entering the realm of tech.
